One year of bloggying

Hello folks!

This post should have been on Monday, but I didn't have the chance to do it then, I'm sorry.

BUT, here it is now! Whoopee woof woof!

On Monday it was exactly one year since I started bloggying!

The blog started when I began to read other doggies blogs, and decided it would be fun to type up some of my stories. I also thought it would be nice to show people what Scotland's like, a wee bit. It was a really good way for me to find out about other doggies living in many different places all over the world, too!

Our blogging year has been brilliant.
We've done so much, so the blog's been such a handy way to keep hold of my stories and pictures! Woof! Here are some of my favourite pictures from this year:

Christmas 2012, wearing my handmade hat.
March 2013, when I got my agility jumps!
Woof!
June 2013, unicycling with Eve at the beach.
July 2013, Loch Lee
July, with the Saltire flowers, Seaton Park.
Of course, I can't forget about when I bumped into Bouncing Bertie and Gail on Scolty!
Yes, I do regret being unsocial.
Bertie's blog is absolutely brilliant! It never fails to amuse or interest me, so meeting him so spontaneously was super, even if I wasn't awfully social!

There's a lot more I could add to that short list, but we'll leave that today.

Woof!
The blog wouldn't be that good if it weren't for everydoggy else.
You, yes you! You there, reading this long ramble!
We love your blog and everyone else's!
Every blog we read always entertains and inspires us, teaches us and makes us laugh, and it really makes bloggying worth it.
A massive well done to you, and please wag your tail to yourself!

Here's another picture, just to break up the wordiness
a little.
If you leave a comment, pop by every now and then, or even follow us, thank you so so so much.

It really makes me feel amazed that so many people from so many places have visited this blog - overall I've had 10800 odd views and 687 odd comments, which is absolutely crazy! I can't even count those numbers on my paws!

I have to apologise about our commenting.
Eve has to help me out with the commenting because there's so many of you to get around.

But, because her internet's been acting the goat, it's sometimes been hard for her to visit your blogs, and also, she's getting to that point in school where there's more homework, more tests and more everything.

So please, please forgive us and don't be miffed that we can't come by and see you every day. We'd really love to, but we can't!

Woof!
Thank you very much if you got to the end of that massive encyclopaedia of a thing!

This blogging year has been wonderful, and I hope this next year will be too!

Cheerio,
Pippa :) wuf wuf

  2. Pippa, at risk of sounding like a mutual back-scratching club, Gail and I think your blog is brilliant, and it was so exciting to meet you on Scolty earlier this Summer. Didn't you have a wonderful year all round? That photo of you and Eve on her unicycle on the beach is our favourite.
Keep hoping to see you in Duthie Park again some time soon. Lots of lovely leaves to play in just now!
    Toodle pip!

Congratulations - I do so love your posts and completely understand Eve's having to refocus a wee bitty... You mustn't interrupt her too much from that homework; it's an important time for her and we all hope that she does really well. Meanwhile, you keep her fed and watered, won't you Pippa? &*>

  26. Hooray! Congrats on your 1st Bloggiversary! We always enjoy seeing you enjoying yourself.
You were asking about a mini Pippa. Mum has just made a blue merle collie - his mum should be blogging about him soon so you can see what you think. You can't have long hair everywhere but she can do it around the bottom of the body and make a big white ruff around your neck.

  27. Congratulations on your first bloggyversary! We love reading about your adventures and seeing what life is like in Scotland. But, like you, we don't always have time to comment on all the blogs we like to visit. There are so many fun and interesting blogs out there, it's hard to keep up with all of them!

Hope you got extra treats to celebrate your special day!

  33. Well done on a wonderful blog, we love reading about you and seeing your wonderful photos. Mum saw two shelties in town the other day, one was only 6 months and had two blue eyes, the owner said that was unusual. Please come on over as I have sent you an award. Be careful in the hurricane tonight.
